I offer a range of options for coaching over multiple months. If we do agree to work together for multiple months there are discounted rates I can offer you.

Why choose this plan?
This plan is ideal if you want to get the most out of my coaching at a better rate for you. This plan is also better as it will usually involve a full build up for a specific race or event. This means that we get the most out of all phases of training and have time to get you in top shape.

Communication
With this plan, you will have access to weekly communication through email on how the training is going and how we can adapt things. The communication is unlimted.

I only coach a certain number of athletes so I can focus on them as much as possible and help them reach their goals. Spaces are limited so please enquire below if you are interested
